1. Application and Application Fee $95
Click on the above link to open the online application. Create a user ID and password, “click next”, and follow the directions for completing the online application. The application fee is $95 payable online by credit card or cash. Cash payment must be made directly to the business office within five business days.
2. Submission of Academic Information, Recommendations, and Standardized Test Scores
The academic information requested is the applicant’s 8th grade grades, 7th and 8th grade standardized test scores, and math and English teacher and Principal/Counselor recommendations.
Please ask your child’s school administrator and/or teachers to provide Saint Mary’s with this academic information. Download the appropriate recommendation forms at the bottom of this page which correspond to the type of school the student currently attends, i.e., Catholic, public, or private.
To simplify the work of the eighth grade teachers who are asked to complete the recommendation forms, Saint Mary’s will also accept a copy of a completed recommendation form from another Catholic or private school.

Standardized Test Scores : Saint Mary’s requires that all applicants submit the most current standardized tests scores for the applicant. If the applicant took the HSPT Test at a Catholic school or ISCC test at an independent school, please submit those scores via email – firstname.lastname@example.org. 3. Meeting the Student
Saint Mary’s will set an appointment to meet with the applicant for about 15 to 20 minutes. This is an opportunity for a member of the faculty or administration to meet the student and for the student to get their questions answered.
4. Electronic Signature and Payment
Student and parent(s) will be asked to date and electronically sign the application for admission. There is a non-refundable application fee, which includes the cost of testing, of $95 which is payable at the time of application submission.
After completing the application, parents are asked to review the application information before final submission. When you are satisfied with the information on the application, please be sure to click ‘Submit’ icon. To determine whether your child’s application was successfully submitted, parents should receive a confirmation email from infosnap.
