Opportunities to Visit 2020 – 2021
INFORMATION NIGHT – 6:00 TO 7:00 pm
Admissions Information Night is the first of many opportunities for eighth grade and seventh grade families to learn about Saint Mary’s philosophy, programs, and admissions information. The evening begins at 6:00 PM and will conclude by 7:00 PM with presentations from Dr. Pete Imperial, Principal, Cherisse Payne, Admissions Director, students, and faculty members.
Even though the focus of the evening is on the upcoming admissions year, seventh grade families are welcome. Information Night will be a virtual event. Reservations are required.

SEPTEMBER THROUGH DECEMBER – ADMISSIONS MORNING COFFEE – 7:45 TO 9:00 AM
The Morning Coffee informational sessions are for parents who are new to the high school process. The Admissions Director will review application procedures and give a brief overview of the school’s program. An optional tour of the campus follows the morning program. There are seven morning coffees offered.

SEPTEMBER THROUGH DECEMBER – VIRTUAL VISIT
The Virtual Visit includes teacher presentations, a campus tour, the admissions process overview and more! There will also be a chance for you to ask our students questions about their experience at Saint Mary’s. Get ready to learn more about our community! Depending on questions and engagement, the visit should be approximately one hour.
Parents are welcomed to join us for the Virtual Visit, but the experience is geared to prospective students and their questions.
Please check with your child’s current school to see if they have already arranged for a virtual visit.
December 06, 2020: OPEN HOUSE BEGINS AT 1:00 PM CONCLUDES AT 2:30 PM
This is the opportunity for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade families to meet the administration, faculty, coaches, staff, parents, and students. Reservations are required. All are welcome.
FEBRUARY 2021: ONE- TO-ONE SHADOW VISITS (TBD)
The One-to-One Shadow Visit Program will take place in February for eighth graders who have applied. These visits are limited to 20 per day. The visits will begin at 7:45 AM and will conclude at 11:35 AM. Registration for One to One Shadow Visits will be active in mid-January 2020.
The Student Campus Visit Program includes:

♦ Students will visit three classes
♦ A snack at break will be provided

April 28, 2021 – Sixth & Seventh Grade Information Night at 6:30 PM in the Shea Center (TBD)
This information program is for sixth and seventh grade parents and their children. The students will have an opportunity to tour the campus with students ambassadors while parents hear from members of the administration regarding academic vision and school program goals. The students and parents will hear about the admissions process and get their questions answered by the admissions director, a couple of current students, and parents. Reservations are not required
May 08, 2021 – HSPT Practice Test for Seventh Graders
We encourage you to have your child take part in the Seventh Grade HSPT Practice Test. Click here to read additional information regarding the HSPT Practice Test for Seventh Graders and to register.
